Exchanges, Refund and Return Policy

Exchanges / Refunds / Replacements / Returns:

 

If you are within the 30-day return period, we offer you 3 options:

 

1-Exchange your item for a different size/color.

 

Exchanges are only available for the same style's size and/or color. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed. We recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.

 

2-Refund details and store credits.

 

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used or damaged products by the customer are non-refundable.

 

By default, the refund method is store credit.

 

If you wish to receive a refund to the original payment method used for your purchase, you must notify us on the return form, and an inspection, warehousing, and processing fee of 15% will apply.

 

Orders that are exchanged or items returned/exchanged due to manufacturer defects will not incur the inspection, warehousing, and processing fees.

 

Only the final price paid (after any discounts) will be refunded.

 

Discount codes or store credits cannot be reissued and are non-refundable.

 

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Generally, refunds can take up to 3-5 days to process. All refunds need to be verified for authenticity and must go through our accounting department for processing.

3-Replacement for wrong or defective item.

We apologize for the inconvenience! Please send us an email at contact@premiumcanin-official.com with the following details:

 

Your order number

Description of the issue (e.g., wrong/defective item)

A photo or video

  

4- Return Policy:

We accept returns* for any reason!

Whether you are dissatisfied or have simply changed your mind. Our return policy is 30 days from the moment you receive your products.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, simply fill the return form.

Sign it, then send it with your package to the address we will provide you when you contact our support.

How to return an item?

Each return request must be accompanied by a return form that you will receive by email.

Please fill out the form as accurately as possible and send your item along with the form to the return address provided to you via email.

Return Shipping Fees:

The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. If you receive store credit, it will correspond to the amount you paid. If you have notified us for a refund, you will receive exactly what you paid for the product minus the restocking fees.

If you want an exchange: Depending on your country of origin, it may take 2 to 7 weeks for your exchanged item to reach you.

We strongly suggest sending the product back to us with a tracking number.

Order Cancellation Policy:

 

We take pride in our ability to process orders quickly on our website.

 

Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@premiumcanin-official.com as soon as possible.

 

A vast majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, so it is imperative that you contact us during this period, so we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

 

No request for order cancellation can be accommodated if the order has already been processed.

 

Address Error:

 

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the shipping address and contact us promptly for any modifications. Modifications can only be made if your order has not been processed yet.

 

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.).

 

In these cases, these packages may be returned to us, but not always.

 

If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer a refund for your order minus the shipping fees, or we can offer a reshipment, based on your choice.

 

You are not eligible for a reshipment or refund of your order until your package has been received by the sender.
