Shipping Policy

Delivery times:

Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days for goods in stock received before 11:00, UTC+1, Monday to Friday. Orders processed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following 1-2 working days. We do not dispatch on public holidays, any order placed on a public holiday will be processed the following day. Delivery costs are calculated according to the weight of the products you purchase and your delivery address. Shipping to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand:

Standard shipping time is 5 to 10 business days after an order is processed.

Delivery is free on orders of $100 or more (FREE SHIPPING)
The delivery charge for orders under $100 is $1.99.


Shipping to other countries:

The standard delivery time is 5 to 15 working days after an order has been processed.

The delivery charge for orders is $ 9.97.




Reimbursement of transport costs does not apply in the case of:


Shipments delayed for reasons beyond our control, including: unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, natural disasters, risks of war, acts of terrorism, acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities, authority of law, insufficient information provided by a customer, the application of safety regulations imposed by public authorities or otherwise applicable to the shipment, riots, strikes or other industrial disputes, civil unrest, disruption of national or local air or land transport networks, disruption or failure of communication and information systems and adverse weather conditions.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us on contact@premiumcanin-official.com

 

Address error:

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of this address and to contact us promptly to specify a change. This can only be done if your order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.).

In such cases, packages may be returned to us, but not systematically.

If your order is returned to sender, we will offer you a refund minus the shipping costs, or we will offer you a new shipment, depending on your choice.

You are not eligible for a reshipment or refund of your order until your package has been received by the sender.
